Terms and Conditions of the Lunar New Year Sale - Circular Service “Post One, Get One Free” Promotion
- Customers who post circular mail during the promotion period (2 February 2026 to 28 February 2026) will be entitled to a one-time free posting of the same quantity of circular mail during the redemption period (12 March 2026 to 31 March 2026).
- Hongkong Post will monitor the posting quantity of registered customers through the Circular Service system and will issue electronic redemption coupons by email to eligible customers.
- The promotion offer applies to both Standard Service and Premium Service. A separate Target Selection Service fee will be charged for Premium Service.
- Redemption postings under this promotion are subject to the general terms of the circular service, including but not limited to: a minimum posting of 1,000 identical items per posting. (If the posting quantity is less than 1,000 items, a rate proportional to the postage for 1,000 items calculated according to selected address category will be charged.)
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Hongkong Post shall be final.
