Registration for a User Account

If you wish to use Hongkong Post Circular Service, please follow the steps below to create an account:

Step 1: Please click here to register a Hongkong Post ID first.

Step 2: After login with Hongkong Post ID, select “Learn More” under “Hongkong Post Circular Service” icon. Click “Start using Hongkong Post Circular Service” and then select “No, I don’t. I wish to try it now”.

Step 3: Fill in the required information for using Hongkong Post Circular Service and click “Submit” to complete the registration.
