Registration for a User Account

Simply register for a FREE user account to gain access to the useful value-added functions, including:

• select your preferred delivery area(s) by various user-friendly searching tools and Census intelligence
• archive your selected distribution list(s) for future retrieval (up to 5 list records)
• submit your application and mail artwork for online approval
• archive your submitted application(s) for future reference (up to 2 years)

Not yet registered for using the online enquiry and application functions? Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click here here to register a Hongkong Post ID first. (Hongkong Post ID is a single account for customers to enjoy easy access to all online services of Hongkong Post. For details, please click here.)

Step 2: Login with Hongkong Post ID and click “Learn More” under Hongkong Post Circular Service icon. Click “Start using Hongkong Post Circular Service” button and then click “No, I don’t. I wish to try it now” button.

Step 3: Fill in the required information for using Hongkong Post Circular Service and click “Submit” to complete the registration.
